CAPE TOWN – The 2007 edition of the annual Youth Weeks magazine published by SA Rugby and Coca-Cola is for the first time available online at www.sarugby.co.za.

The magazine, which was first published with great acclaim in 2005, provides a comprehensive overview of the 2007 Annual SARU Youth Weeks that were held in June and July. It includes reports, features and statistics on the Coca-Cola Under-18 and Under-13 Craven Weeks, the Coca-Cola Under-16 Grant Khomo Week as well as the SARU Under-18 Academy Week.

There are also features on sponsors Coca-Cola, about professional players who first made their mark at the Youth Weeks as well as on the history of the Weeks and the important role they play in the development of young rugby...

The Harmony Sportacademy defeated Diamantveld 29-22 at Shimlapark in Bloemfotnein in the final of the Shimla-league of the Kovsie-competition. Justin Claassen, centre of Harmony Sportacademy, was named man of he match after the final. The nippy centre scored two tries.

Grey College defeated Paul Roos Gymnasium 40-14 in their interschools match at Markotter-stadium in Stelllenbosch today. The visiting team led Paul Roos 17-9 at the break.

Both locks of Grey College, Pieter Labuschagne and Joubert Horn, played well in their team's victory. Boom Prinsloo, Roelf Pienaar (both flanks) and Adriaan Theisinger (eightman) could also feel more than pleased with their performances.

Staatspresident Swart High School from Brandfort showed that they have one of the best teams in the central region of South Africa when they won the final of the Irawa-league for small schools in the central region.

Grey College will face Paul Roos Gymnasium at the Markotter-stadium in Stellenbosch on Saturday in their last match of 2007. 

The boys from Bloemfontein will try to avenge their loss of 16-11 last year at home against Paul Roos.
